What is Induction Kings?

Induction Kings is a Dutch brand specializing in premium maintenance and protection products for induction hobs. We combine effectiveness with design and sustainability.

Where are Induction Kings products manufactured?

Our products are developed in collaboration with certified European producers and carefully selected international suppliers. We only choose manufacturers who meet our high quality and safety requirements. Each product is extensively tested, so we can guarantee our customers top quality.

Is Induction Kings also available in stores?

Our products are currently primarily available online, but we are working on collaborations with stores and retail partners.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

  • Netherlands: Order before 5 PM, delivered tomorrow
  • Belgium: Order before 5 PM, delivered tomorrow
  • Germany: Order before 5 PM, delivered the day after tomorrow
  • France: Order before 5 PM, delivered within 2-5 business days
  • Italy: Order before 5 PM, delivered within 2-5 business days
  • Spain: Order before 5 PM, delivered within 2-5 business days

What are the shipping costs?

For the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, shipping is free for orders over €25. Below that, we charge €4.99.

For France, Italy and Spain, shipping is free for orders over €40. Below that, we charge €9.99.

Will I receive a tracking code?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace by email.

Warranty & Returns

How long is my warranty?

You receive a 1-year warranty on our induction protectors, provided they have been used correctly according to the enclosed manual. With normal use and maintenance, we guarantee the quality of our product.

How can I return an item?

You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to retour@inductionkings.nl. Please include your order number and reason for return, and we will be happy to assist you further.

My product was delivered damaged, what now?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the defect. We will provide a suitable solution.

Order & Pay

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely via iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna (pay later), Credit Card and more.

Can I still change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, the invoice will be sent automatically via email once the order is completed.

Use & Maintenance

How do I use the 4-IN-1 Induction Cooktop Cleaner?

Apply a small amount to a dry cloth, spread evenly over the plate, let it soak in briefly, and wipe clean. Also check out our usage tips.

Are your products safe for my hob?

Yes, our products are specially designed for induction cooktops and have been thoroughly tested for safety and effectiveness.

Are the products also suitable for ceramic or gas?

Some products are, but our focus is on induction. Check the product description for compatibility.
